This session is where that stops.
The Book Map Intensive is a focused, high-level strategic session for founders, CEOs, and thought leaders who are serious about writing a book — and don’t want to waste months building the wrong one.
This is not a writing class or a motivational talk — though you will learn and leave the session more motivated than you started.
This session brings clarity and structure to your thinking.
What We Do Together
After you book your session, you’ll have pre-work to complete at least 3 days before our session.
On your scheduled Book Map Intensive day, in 90 minutes, we take your current book idea — whether it’s a rough concept, messy outline, or half-formed manuscript — and refine it into a clear, structured, and strategically sound book map.
We work through three layers:
1. The Truth of the Book
We identify what you’re actually trying to say.
What’s the real message?
What are you overcomplicating or avoiding?
What’s missing, unclear, or misaligned?
2. The Structure of the Book
We lay the foundation for your book to become a coherent piece of work.
Refine or redefine your core thesis
Restructure chapters for flow and impact
Identify what belongs, what doesn’t, and what’s missing
Create a clear narrative arc
This gives you a workable table of contents to write from
3. The Positioning of the Book
We ensure the book works beyond the page.
Who this book is truly for (and who it’s not for)
What it establishes about your authority and work
How it supports your business, brand, or body of work
What writing actually comes next
You leave with clarity—not just inspiration.
Because inspiration alone doesn’t write books.
