For the leader with a book that needs to exist — and the momentum to finally write it.
We work through your manuscript together over 60 days: weekly chapter reading, developmental feedback, mind-body coaching for every moment of doubt and resistance, and twice-weekly calls to keep you moving.
You finish with a complete, copyeditor-ready draft.

For the leader who knows the book is there but can't quite see its shape yet.
A focused 90-minute session to clarify your concept, audience, structure, and through-line — so you stop circling and start writing with clear direction. Includes pre-work and a written follow-up summary so you leave with a plan.

The Private Writing Retreat
For the leader who's ready to leave the noise behind and do the work. Two to five days at a private venue within an hour of Tampa, Florida — just you, your writing, and full support to go deeper than your regular schedule ever allows.
